In order to really keep your things in order, you usually need some out-of-the-box thinking. Check out the organizational tips below to get ideas about home organization that are absolutely essential if you truly want to get organized and stay organized for any amount of time.
Cables
There are plenty of cable organizers available at electronic stores, and keeping your cables in order is the first thing you need to do to stay organized.
Bed First
When cleaning, make the bed first. It can then serve as a temporary home for displaced items.
Fridge
Cleaning your fridge can be a pain, but if you do it on a hot day, you at least have the cool air from the fridge to encourage you.

Hanger Trick

Have a ton of clothes? Hang them all on hangers backwards. Then, when you hang them back up, hang the hangers the right away. At the end of a year, everything on hangers that are still backwards, give away. You obviously don’t wear them.
Small Items
Use labeled boxes to organize small items.
Rule of Four
Label four large boxes with “trash,” “storage”, “put away”, and “give away”. Sort all your clutter into these boxes. Then, do what the labels say.
Rule of Five
Every time you clean, get rid of five items. It will keep your clutter and collection of actually useless things to a minimum.
Sheets
Keep sheets organized and use as little space as possible by keeping the sheet set inside one of the pillow cases.
Location
If you open your mail next to a trash can, you’re more likely to throw away what you don’t need to keep.
Bags
Keep those bags organized and out of the way by using shower hooks.
Cleaning Supplies
Keep cleaning items in a rolling caddy for easy transport.
